Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Sitesy at sitesy.ai. By using Sitesy you agree to them. If you have a question, contact us at dennis.dinuto@gmail.com.
What Sitesy is
Sitesy uses artificial intelligence to generate stories, tours and audio about places near you. Stories are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Treat them as entertainment and a starting point, not as verified historical fact. If you spot an error, please tell us.
Stay safe
- Pay attention to your surroundings, traffic and other people while listening or following a route.
- Routes, walking times and opening hours are estimates. Check conditions yourself before you go.
- Only enter places that are open to the public, and respect private property and local rules.
Your account
You can use Sitesy without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for activity on your account. Don't use Sitesy to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to try to access other people's data.
Content
You may listen to and share stories for personal, non-commercial use. The Sitesy name, logo and app design belong to us. Map data and other third-party content belong to their owners and are subject to their terms, including the Google Maps Terms of Service.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop parts of Sitesy at any time. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date will show when.
Liability
Sitesy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the app, including reliance on generated content or routes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
